The hotel's location is perfect for trekkers and groups of friends on a tight budget, as it's near popular tourist spots and not far from main roads. the rooms are quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, fresh linen, and well-functioning washrooms. the hotel's breakfast is delicious, and the staff is helpful, cheerful, and accommodating, making sure your stay is comfortable and memorable. the hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and useful facilities like room service and free Wi-Fi.
One area of improvement could be the rooms on the ground floor. In some cases, the rooms smelled of sewage, making the stay less comfortable than desired.

The hotel offered a variety of food options and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we could easily walk to popular tourist spots. the room decor was quite charming and added to the overall ambiance of the hotel.
Our stay during the Christmas holiday was a total disaster. The hotel was crowded with guests and the noise levels were unbearable.

We had a great stay at the hotel with the best aspects being its convenient location and delicious food at the restaurant. The hotel is just a short walk away from THE RIDGE and transportation is easily accessible. the staff is attentive to our needs. we had a wonderful experience!
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Had a great New Year's at this hotel. Loved the stunning views of the city from the room. Couldn't get enough of the delicious food and the cheap room service. the location is perfect, only a short walk away from the main mall road and other key attractions. the manager was super helpful in showing us around and even showed us the way to the police station when we needed it.
Only downside was that the rooms could have been better maintained. Some of them had a bit of a smell due to sewer issues.
